Job Description:

Position: Jr. Engineer Design 02 (CNC shop)

Experience:  Min 2 years

Education: BE Mech

Job Profile:

  • Good knowledge of the Manufacturing processes
  • Proficient In 2D Cad Modeling (Preferably Auto Cad )
  • Make2D – 3D crosscheck of input data for required parts
  • Good knowledge of new product development cycle and process and Product Life Cycle Management 
  • Proficient in 3D modeling and drawing using CAD Software
  • Good working knowledge of GD&T, Design related calculations.
  • Good Conceptual, problem-solving, and Analytical Skills.
  • Should be Self-Motivated, Adaptive, Passionate about results, and a Good Team Player.

Position: Jr. Engineer Design 03 (Export customers & Tool holder department)     

Experience:  Min 2 years

Education: BE Mech

Job Profile:

  1. Development of new products and up-gradation of existing products to satisfy Export Customer's changing needs and to have company a technological edge.
  2. To support the export sales team in evaluating the cost of special and new products
  3. A detailed review of inquiries received from the export sales team and confirms manufacturing feasibility for the same.
  4. To control all export product drawings, customer drawings and prepare stagewise process drawings for same
  5. Part code and BOM creation in SAP for new orders (export customers)
  6. Have good knowledge about all the latest national /international standards regarding rotating tool holders.
  7. 2D Software: AutoCAD 2019
  8. Must have working experience in tool holder industries
