We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Fresher/Executive with hands-on experience in SEO and Social Media Marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing digital marketing strategies to increase online presence, drive traffic, and generate leads across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page SEO optimization.
  • Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies including link-building campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to optimize content for search engines.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence and follower base.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns on social media channels and monitor their performance.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments/messages, and foster brand interaction.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare social media reports.

General Digital Marketing:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales) to execute digital campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing data to improve campaign performance.
  • Assist with email marketing, influencer collaborations, and other digital initiatives as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 25 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and social media.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools.
