Position Overview We are looking for an Interior Engineer to manage and execute interior design and fit-out projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in interior execution and a strong understanding of materials, finishes, and design detailing. The role requires coordinating with architects, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret interior design drawings and ensure accurate on-site execution.
  • Supervise and coordinate all interior fit-out work, including carpentry, civil, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure completion as per design specifications and project deadlines.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for material procurement and installation.
  • Conduct quality checks to maintain finishing standards.
  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
  • Handle client queries and provide technical inputs when required.
  • Ensure adherence to safety norms and compliance requirements at site.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture.
  • Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and design detailing.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and ensure timely completion of projects.
