Roles & Responsibilities:
Team planning and organising on time installation, dispatch, delivery
Assessing installed machine working
¢ Documentation
¢ Machine Testing before dispatch
¢ Daily Reporting
¢ Resolving Customer complaints
¢ Installation Reports, Customer Feedback
¢ Must also be able to handle responsibility
¢ Plan service engineer schedules
Training will be provided before deploying on site.
