Host CRE

Job Summary:

The Host will serve as the first point of contact for all walk-in clients, visitors, and prospective buyers at the real estate site or sales office. Acting as a bridge between clients and the sales team, the Host ensures a smooth and professional client experience — from the initial greeting and project introduction to coordinating with sales executives for detailed discussions and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and channel partners in a warm and professional manner.
• Understand client requirements and direct them to the appropriate sales executive.
• Maintain a proper record of all client walk-ins, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Assist the sales team in scheduling and coordinating site visits, meetings, and presentations.
• Ensure the client waiting area and meeting spaces are always presentable and welcoming.
• Provide clients with basic project information, brochures, and other marketing collaterals.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for client feedback and lead management.
• Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online queries efficiently.
• Support the sales team in organizing events, property showcases, and client engagement activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

• Ability to multitask and manage client coordination effectively.
• Good understanding of real estate project features and terminology.
• Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools preferred.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of local languages is an advantage).

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality / Management / Marketing preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, front office, or sales coordination (real estate / hospitality background preferred).

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
