Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional with strong expertise in Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Automate to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, automate workflows, and manage collaboration platforms. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and IT to deliver scalable solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.

Power BI

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

• Connect, transform, and model data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, Data Marts).

• Implement row-level security (RLS), data governance, and performance optimization techniques.

• Create and manage DAX measures, KPIs, and calculated columns for advanced reporting.

• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.

• Publish, schedule refreshes, and manage access in Power BI Service and Power BI Gateway.

• Manage and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, and lists.

• Develop customized document management and collaboration solutions.

• Configure permissions, workflows, and governance policies for secure access control.

• Integrate SharePoint with Power BI reports, Power Automate flows, and Microsoft Teams.

• Support migration, versioning, and lifecycle management of SharePoint content.

• Design and implement workflow automation across business processes.

• Build and maintain cloud flows, desktop flows, and approvals.

• Automate data integration between Power BI, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and third-party applications.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation for performance and error handling.

• Ensure workflows comply with organizational governance, security, and compliance requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience with Power BI (reporting, DAX, Power Query), SharePoint administration, and Power Automate workflow design.

• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL, and database concepts.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook).

• Familiarity with Power Apps and ability to integrate apps into automated solutions (preferred).

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with SQL, Azure Data Services, or APIs for data integration.

• Knowledge of information governance, security, and compliance frameworks.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments.
