Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor based in Jammu. The Senior Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing career counseling, and addressing inquiries related to programs and training. The role includes supporting students to match their career goals with the appropriate programs, conducting informational sessions, maintaining positive relationships with educational institutions, and meeting enrollment goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospective students, their families, and institutional partners.
- Experience in Customer Service and Sales with a focus on building trust, resolving queries, and providing guidance to clients and students.
- Background in the Education sector or experience working in admissions and career counseling roles is preferred.
- Proficient organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
