We are looking for a talented Unity Developer with 4+ years of experience in game development and a strong background in slot or casino-style games.

In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing game features, integrating art and animations, and ensuring our slot games deliver smooth, engaging experiences across platforms.

You'll work closely with designers, artists, and QA to build high-quality games that combine creativity with solid technical performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain slot game features and systems using Unity (C#).
  • Implement reel logic, bonus mechanics, and UI interactions based on game design documents and math specifications.
  • Integrate art assets, animations, and VFX into the game while maintaining optimal performance.
  • Work with backend and client teams to integrate APIs, configuration systems, and data tracking.
  • Optimize games for mobile and WebGL platforms to ensure high performance and smooth gameplay.
  • Debug, profile, and resolve issues related to game performance, visuals, or logic.
  • Collaborate with artists, designers, and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery.
  • Contribute to reusable frameworks and tools to improve the production pipeline for future games.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience in Unity game development.
  • Proven experience working on slot games or casino-style titles (social or real-money).
  • Strong command of C# scripting and Unity workflows (Animator, Timeline, Addressables, prefabs).
  • Solid understanding of slot mechanics — reels, paylines, symbols, bonuses, and game math logic.
  • Experience with UI systems (UGUI) and animation frameworks (e.g., DOTween, Spine).
  • Hands-on experience with game optimization for mobile devices and/or WebGL.
  • Familiarity with source control (Git, Plastic SCM, etc.) and agile development workflows.
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills with attention to detail.
