Night Shift

Role Overview:

An experienced
Interview Trainer/Coach
who trains and prepares candidates in engineering (electrical, mechanical), manufacturing, pharma, and medtech domains. The trainer leverages
AI tools and industry knowledge
to conduct daily training sessions, mentor candidates, and lead mock interviews, ensuring each candidate is ready for technical and behavioral interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct
    daily training sessions
    for up to
    8 candidates
    , focusing on technical knowledge, interview strategies, and domain-specific skills.
  • Design and facilitate
    mock interviews
    to simulate real-world interview conditions.
  • Provide detailed
    feedback on answers, communication, and body language
    .
  • Use
    AI-based tools
    to personalize training, track candidate progress, and optimize preparation strategies.
  • Mentor candidates on
    behavioral questions, STAR method, and confidence-building techniques
    .
  • Develop
    structured preparation plans
    for candidates at different levels (entry, mid, and net-level).
  • Monitor progress and provide
    actionable insights
    to ensure readiness for real interviews.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in
    interview training/coaching
    for technical candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of
    engineering, manufacturing, pharma, or medtech domains
    .
  • Experience with
    mock interviews
    and one-on-one candidate mentoring.
  • Excellent
    communication, presentation, and feedback skills
    .
  • Familiarity with
    AI-assisted training tools
    and modern interview practices.
