About the Role

We're looking for a strategic, impact-driven Senior Content Writer to lead our content narrative across digital and offline touchpoints. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role where your words won't just inform—they'll shape perception, engage audiences, and drive measurable business results.

What You'll Do

Lead the content strategy

Define, uphold, and evolve a consistent, compelling content voice across marketing, product, and communication channels—from blogs and guides to ads, emails, and in-app content.

Create content that performs

Write high-quality, conversion-focused content—whether it's SEO-driven blogs, campaign landing pages, product explainers, or thought leadership pieces—that educates, engages, and inspires action.

Blend creativity with data

Work with design, SEO, and growth teams to craft content rooted in insights. You'll translate data and audience behavior into messaging strategies that support broader business goals.

Own performance metrics

Track how your content performs across KPIs like traffic growth, dwell time, CTRs, CVRs, and lead quality. Run experiments, test variations, and refine approaches to continually raise the bar.

Elevate the craft

Mentor junior writers, offer feedback, and set standards for quality, creativity, and clarity in content creation.

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of experience in content writing across brand, SEO, and performance.
  • Proven ability to write for different formats—from short-form ad copy to long-form editorial and product content.
  • Hands-on experience optimizing for conversions and search performance.
  • Strong storytelling ability with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable working with testing frameworks and content analytics.
  • Excellent project management skills—able to prioritize and deliver on tight deadlines.
