ROLE: PMO
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Associate with 4–6 years of experience to support project governance, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining project standards, tracking performance, and enabling successful project delivery aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of PMO frameworks, tools, and templates.
- Track and report on project status, Budget, milestones, risks, and issues.
- Assist in resource planning, budget forecast and project Reviews.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with governance standards.
- Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and post-project evaluations.
- Provide analytical support for portfolio performance and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project management roles.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet).
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to portfolio management and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and support cross-functional teams.
- Experience in stakeholder communication and change management.
