RESPONSIBILITIES
With Our Consumer At The Heart Your Key Focus Will Be:

  • Design, deliver, and elevate compensation and benefits programs across AMEA & GTR, keeping them competitive, compliant, and aligned with Bacardi's global standards.
  • Partner with leaders and HR teams to provide insights, advice, and strategies on salary, incentives, recognition, and total rewards.
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of market trends, ensuring Bacardi stays ahead of the curve.
  • Bring our benefits programs to life—driving engagement, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives that make employees feel valued.
  • Use data, analytics, and insights to inform talent decisions and maximize performance and retention.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The Skills And Experience Needed To Create Your Legacy:

  • Proven experience in managerial compensation and benefits roles in multinational, multi-market environments (3-5 years as a manager)
  • Being knowledgeable of local labor laws, regulations, and market practices in AMEA & GTR.
  • Expertise in job evaluation, market benchmarking, salary structuring, incentive plan design, wellness & benefits initiatives
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
