About Software Development Competency Center:Involves the use of web and back-end technologies, programming languages, frameworks, and tools to create unique custom applications that provide specific functionality to business users. In the context of Lingaro, such applications can improve the business processes of our stakeholders or realize specific domain goals, e.g. enabling B2B or B2C e-commerce

Requirements:Minimum of 6 years of experience in Python backend development

Previous experience with Flask, Fast API, GCP/Azure CloudIndependence in: FastApiSQLModelPostgreSqlNoSQLCloud FunctionCloudSQLPubSubDocker Tasks:Core Responsibilities of a Lead Backend Developer:Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services

Optimize application performance and scalability

Collaborating with other team members, including front-end developers and project managers, to deliver high-quality web applications.Ensure application security and compliance

Designing and implementing data storage solutions, including databases.Collaborate with frontend and UX teams to deliver a seamless application experience

Mentor and train junior developers

Stay abreast of the latest backend development technologies and trends

Implement and maintain DevOps and CI/CD practices

Adhere to coding standards and best practices

Document code and application architecture

Additional Responsibilities that May Be Required:Manage a team of backend developers

Assist with architectural and design decisions

Participate in strategic planning and decision-making

Represent the engineering department in interactions with clients and stakeholders
