We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in the Solar EPC sector. The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of solar power projects, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and timely delivery within budget.

The role requires coordinating with multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams such as design, procurement, and HSE. The candidate must be well-versed in interpreting electrical drawings, preparing project schedules, and monitoring site progress. Supervising contractors and site engineers while ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety guidelines is a key part of the role.

Responsibilities include planning and executing solar PV installation activities, preparing daily/weekly progress reports, managing material requirements, resolving technical/site challenges, and ensuring proper documentation for audits and project handover. The Project Engineer will also participate in client meetings, site inspections, and government/discom approvals when required.

Technical expertise in solar PV modules, inverters, SCADA systems, LT/HT electrical works, and protection systems is essential. Knowledge of software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera will be considered an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to handle field challenges are highly valued.
