Job Summary:

The Interior Modular Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site execution of modular furniture, interior work, and fit-out projects. The role includes coordinating with vendors, labour teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project completion within timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out per drawings and specifications.
• Monitor installation of modular furniture, partitions, ceilings, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
• Ensure proper measurements, layout, and finishing as per design.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on-site.

Coordination

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, carpenters, and technicians.
• Liaison with vendors for timely delivery of modular materials.
• Communicate daily progress and issues to the management and client.

Quality Control

• Inspect materials on arrival and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Ensure installation is up to company quality and design guidelines.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily work reports, attendance, and material consumption.
• Report delays, site issues, and technical problems.
• Update project timelines and progress status.

Client Handling

• Address client queries on-site professionally.
• Ensure client satisfaction with quality and timely completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior/modular site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of modular furniture installation, drawings, and BOQs.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings (basic understanding required).
• Good communication, coordination, and team-handling skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and time management.
• Ready to travel to multiple sites if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
