Role & responsibilities

  • Managing Direct Tax Law compliances
  • The Incumbent will be responsible for handling all the Direct Taxation matters of the Company.
  • Should be updated with the latest changes in the Direct Tax law
  • Timely coordination with Branches for Tax matters, Company Tax, Tax Planning for the Company
  • Responsible for TDS return filing.
  • Responsible for preparation and end to end activities related to Form 16, Part A and Part B
  • Responsible for handling Employee taxation and Corporate taxation.
  • Analysing Finance Budgets and give inputs for the organisational improvement.
  • Be updated with latest DT notifications & circulars.
  • Responsible for handling computation of Income and IT return filing.
  • Responsible for Manage & Attend Income Tax assessments.
  • Should handle taxation matters of subsidiary & group companies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Qualification: BCom
  • Experience 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of SAP
