Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to support day-to-day marketing activities for our events and brands. This role is execution-heavy and fast paced, suited for someone who is comfortable working with social media, basic design tools, website panels, and structured task lists. You will work closely with the marketing team and handle live campaigns from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Marketing & Social Media

  2. Create and publish posts across platforms as per the content plan

  3. Support campaign execution for ongoing shows and initiatives
  4. Co-ordinate with the graphics team for creatives and adaptations

  5. Monitor basic performance metrics and share periodic updates with the team

  6. Website, Email & Content Management

  7. Update website sections with new event, client, or partner information

  8. Ensure links, dates, and key details on the site remain current
  9. Assist in drafting and setting up email campaigns and announcements

  10. Maintain content and asset folders for easy internal access

  11. Client Coordination & Event Support

  12. Co-ordinate with clients and partners to collect content, logos, and approvals

  13. Track status of marketing deliverables and follow up where required
  14. Support pre-event, on-ground, and post-event marketing activities

Requirements

  • Graduate or final-year student in any stream
  • Comfortable with social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva)
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to follow structured processes and close tasks on time
  • Attention to detail while handling names, dates, links, and design files
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for drafting and research
