Role Description

This on-site, full-time Junior Counselor role is based in Bengaluru. The Junior Counselor will guide and support students throughout their application and admission processes for studying in Germany. This includes conducting initial assessments, advising on educational and career options, assisting with documentation, and coordinating the admission and visa processes. The role requires excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and partner institutions, as well as a strong commitment to providing personalized guidance at every stage.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and stakeholders
  • Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple cases and deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of academic admission procedures and visa processes (specific to Germany preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and document handling; attention to detail is essential
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in counseling, education consultancy, or customer service roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; degrees in counseling, psychology, education, or related fields are advantageous
