Production Chemist

Position: Production Chemist / Senior Production Chemist/Production Executive.

We have an exciting opportunity for candidates who are interested to pursue their career as a Production Chemist / Sr Production Chemist / Production Executives in Pharmaceutical / Nutraceutical Industry.

Experience: 1-4yrs.

Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry / BE Chemical.

Shifts: Should have willingness to work in Rotational Shifts.

Job Location: Dobaspet, Kunigal, Hassan.

Job Type: Permanent.

Gender: Only Males are preferred for this Positions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute production processing activities.
• Work on Production Plan to achieve the dispatch commitment.
• Ensure the team to achieve ZERO ACCIDENT, work environment.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch manufacturing records for smooth production operations and regulatory compliance.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain processing equipment and other related machinery.
• Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing processes to enhance yield, purity, and overall process efficiency.
• Maintain detailed and accurate production records, including deviations, equipment logs, and batch reports, in compliance with cGMP guidelines.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and control teams to ensure that all activities meet regulatory and product quality standards.
• Monitor and manage raw materials, consumables, and reagents required for processing activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including environmental and biosafety standards, during production.
• Ensuring data integrity.
• Handling Solvent recovery.
• Responsible for physical inspection during dispatch.
