Job Role:

This is a full-time, localised (on-site) role in Baksara, Howrah for a Private Tutor and Mentor. The individual will be responsible for delivering personalised tutoring sessions to students, preparing operations plans, and providing guidance and mentorship. The role also includes assessing student progress, tailoring instruction to individual needs, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum and EdTech tools.

Job Requirements:

  • Passion for teaching as well as learning new-age education/learning tools.
  • Proficiency in subject matter for ICSE and ISC curriculum.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Skills in the English language & corporate communication, both speaking and writing.
  • Preference will be given to Knowledge of MS Office 365, especially MS Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Commitment to student success and personalised instruction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an EdTech environment is advantageous.

Earning Potential:

Fixed + Variable Pay; from 0.72 LPA up to 3.24 LPA.
