About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and confident Video Anchor to join our team. This person will help create engaging videos for our brand, enhancing our presence on social media platforms. As a Video Anchor, you will be responsible for delivering content in a way that resonates with our target audience while contributing to the overall growth of our social media engagement. If you're a social media enthusiast who loves to create impactful, engaging videos, we'd love to have you onboard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality video content in English and Malayalam (Fluency in Hindi is a plus).
• Create engaging and relevant videos to boost brand presence and engage with the audience.
• Collaborate with the creative team to align video content with brand messaging and goals.
• Present content in a clear, confident, and relatable manner.
• Be an active participant in brainstorming sessions to develop video ideas for social media campaigns.
• Review your own videos, ensuring they are polished and ready for publishing.
• Monitor audience engagement and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with trends on social media and adapt content strategy accordingly.
• Help in expanding the brand's reach on social media platforms by creating shareable, relevant content.

What We Are Looking For:

• Graduate, preferably with a background in media, communication, or related fields.
• Female candidates with a passion for creating engaging video content.
• Fluent in both English and Malayalam; proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.
• Comfortable on camera for acting and confident in front of an audience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic video editing skills are a plus.
• Social media savvy with an understanding of trends and platform algorithms.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• A creative mindset and attention to detail.
