Full Stack Engineer (Backend Heavy)

Pune | Full-time | Hybrid (3 days WFO / 12 days per month)

Role Overview

We are looking for
experienced Full Stack Engineers (Backend-heavy)
to join our team. This role is ideal for engineers with strong backend expertise in Python and databases, while being comfortable with frontend technologies. You'll design and scale high-performance systems, APIs, and data pipelines that power mission-critical applications.

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

  • Python
    – deep hands-on development experience.
  • Databases (SQL & NoSQL):
  • PostgreSQL, ClickHouse (SQL)
  • MongoDB, DynamoDB (NoSQL)
  • Ability to design, optimize, and scale complex data models.
  • Microservices Architecture
    – proven experience designing and deploying.
  • APIs & Data Pipelines:
  • Build and scale
    RESTful APIs
    , async jobs, schedulers, and pipelines for high-volume systems.
  • Strong knowledge of
    API design, rate limiting, secure authentication (OAuth2), and best practices

  • Frontend Exposure (Good-to-Have):
