Role & responsibilities

  1. Regulatory reporting & Engaging with Cyber Police on Financial Crimes assigned by them.
  2. Address the tickets reported on CFCFRMS(National Cybercrime Reporting Portal) in real time.
  3. To ensure zero pendency of unattended complaints and attend to High Priority Case in real time.
  4. Hold / Lien Cyber Crime proceeds in the respective accounts.
  5. Provisioning of Bank account related information to LEAs through NCRP and to ensure zero pendency.
  6. Ensure that Data updated on NCRP-CFCFRMS by be qualitative and free of errors.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Male candidates from Delhi.
  • Willing to working in a 24*7 environment (including night shifts on a rotational basis) with 6 days working and holidays in accordance with Ministry of Home Affairs.
  • Good command over English (Spoken and written), Multilingual Candidates will be preferred.
  • Analytical inclined with good MS Excel skills (SQL and other DBA skills will be preferred)
  • Basic MS Office Knowledge.
  • Staff in operational roles will be preferred.
