Job Role- Quantity Surveyor

Experience- 2 to 4 years

Note: We are hiring only male candidates for the requirement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site quantity take-offs and material assessments in line with project drawings and specifications.
  • Support the preparation and verification of running bills, subcontractor bills, and measurements.
  • Monitor daily work progress, labor deployment, and material usage to control costs on-site.
  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier performance and coordinate with them for timely work execution.
  • Assist with on-site documentation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project budgets.
  • Identify deviations or variations and support in preparing variation orders or claims.
  • Collaborate with site engineers, project managers, and the Head Office to align execution with financial planning.
  • Implement effective cost-control measures on-site and provide real-time feedback for corrective actions.
  • Support in resolving any cost or quantity-related site disputes.
