About the Role
We are looking to hire a highly skilled freelance industrial architect with proven experience in designing and planning industrial facilities. The architect will work on a project basis, providing design solutions, drawings, and technical support for industrial infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs for industrial projects (factories, warehouses, plants, etc.).
- Prepare layouts, technical drawings, 3D models, and design documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety codes, industrial regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors during project execution.
- Provide innovative and efficient design solutions to optimize space and workflow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.
- 5+ years of proven experience in industrial architecture.
- Strong portfolio of completed industrial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools.
- Knowledge of industrial building codes, safety standards, and compliance norms.
- Ability to work independently on a freelance/project basis.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 75000 months
Pay: ₹30, ₹75,000.00 per month
