The Opportunity

  • Be the brand's on-ground CEO: leading people, product, place, and profit - end to end.

What You'll Lead

  • People & Culture: build, coach, and inspire a high-performing, cross-trained team across Retail,

Café, BOH/Ops, and Digital Concierge.

  • Guest & Community obsession, VIP rituals, tastings/masterclasses, and local collaborations that

create a cult following.

  • Business & P&L: daily grip on sales, margins, UPT/ATV, conversion, labour, waste, and shrink;

act quickly and intelligently on insight.

  • Operations & Excellence: immaculate SOPs, audit-readiness, accurate inwards and GRN/IRN,

disciplined inventory and waste control.

  • Omnichannel & Digital: seamlessly orchestrate store, website, WhatsApp, and phone orders;

grow memberships and repeat business through personalized outreach.

  • Space & Storytelling: visual merchandising, tasting counters, and seasonal narratives that make

guests linger - then return.

  • Partnerships & Compliance: proactive relationships with mall/property and regulators;

unwavering hygiene and food-safety (FSSAI-aligned).

Leadership & People

  • 30/60/90 Onboarding: crystal-clear goals; role mapping; cross-training matrix by week 4;

successors identified by day 90.

  • Coaching Cadence: daily huddles; weekly floorcraft coaching; monthly development chats;

quarterly talent reviews.

  • Standards & Training: service playbook, brand voice, grooming, escalation ladder; 100% hygiene

& food-safety compliance.

  • Scheduling & Labour: demand-based rostering, smart allocations, and live redeployments during

peaks to lift productivity per sq. ft without compromising service.

  • Culture & Retention: recognition rituals, transparent feedback loops, psychologically safe and

approachable leadership; track eNPS and attrition with quarterly goals.

  • Quality & Audits: zero-incident mindset; routine safety/EHS checks; training completion and

audit scores tracked and celebrated.

What You've Done

  • 6–10 years in premium/luxury retail or hospitality (food-led environments a plus), leading 10+

teammates across multiple functions.

  • Proven P&L accountability and comfort with the daily rhythm of KPIs, inventory health, audits,

and loss prevention.

  • Experience with guest management and omnichannel outreach (appointments, remote selling,

concierge fulfilment).

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management with property partners and local regulators;

FSSAI/hygiene know-how.

  • Great story teller and passionate about food and beverage

What Success Looks Like

  • Store rhythm is crisp: huddles, walk-throughs, and dashboards drive action; SOPs are lived, not

laminated.

  • Top guests are mapped by name and palate; tastings/masterclasses have waitlists; repeat orders

are climbing.

  • Inventory is healthy and honest: GRN/IRN accuracy is consistent; waste/shrink are trending

down; audits are clean.

  • Team is confident and kind: cross-training underway; successors visible; eNPS baseline captured

and improving.

  • You will own and oversee the company's governance standards, ensuring consistency and

compliance at all levels

Rewards & Pathway

  • Compensation: ~15 lakh per annum (fixed) + performance-linked profit-sharing.
  • Access: direct, ongoing access to the founders mentorship and rapid decision-making.
  • Trajectory: part of a growing bench of Store Directors with a clear runway to multi-store

leadership and, over time to even own the role of CEO
