We are looking for a
Performance Marketer
with strong expertise in
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing ad campaigns, optimizing performance, and delivering measurable ROI. This office role -
WORK FROM OFFICE - LOCATION - SAKET, DELHI

Key Responsibility :-

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Manage daily campaign budgets, bids, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze campaign data and generate reports on key metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements to improve results.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives.
  • Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, new features, and algorithm changes.
  • Work on audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to maximize conversions.
  • Manage multiple client accounts (if agency-based) and ensure performance goals are met.

Requirement :-

  • Minimum
    1 year of hands-on experience
    managing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ad metrics, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and reporting tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
