Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on customer support and troubleshoot application issues.
  • Configure and customize MS D365 to meet business requirements.
  • Install and integrate third-party tools and components.
  • Develop logic apps and workflows aligned with company processes.
  • Extend MS D365 functionality and maintain deployed solutions.
  • Write and manage Azure Functions and Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Handle data import/export operations.

Additional Duties:

  • Identify and resolve technical problems effectively.
  • Ensure solutions meet specifications and handle edge cases.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across teams and support organizational changes.
  • Participate in code reviews and implement feedback promptly.
  • Proactively contribute to team goals and volunteer for tasks.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions consistently.

Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ years in software development.
  • 2-3 years in application support.
  • 3-4 years working with MS D365 (Sales/CE).
  • 2-3 years of experience with MS SQL Server, C#, .NET, and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience in fast-paced, professional environments.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft D365 (Sales/CE), SQL Server, Azure DevOps, .NET/C#.
  • Capable of ad-hoc analysis and strategic problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of at least one programming language, paradigm, and framework.
  • Ability to articulate ideas and think strategically.
