About the Role

Motilal Oswal invites seasoned wealth management professionals to join its Private Wealth Advisory team. This leadership role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, delivering holistic wealth solutions across investments, estate planning, and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a high-value portfolio of HNI & UHNI clients through long-term relationship building

  • Deliver comprehensive wealth advisory across:

  • Equity & Debt Markets

  • PMS & AIFs
  • Mutual Funds
  • Structured Products
  • Portfolio Advisory Services

  • Insurance & Estate Planning solutions

  • Drive AUM growth, revenue generation, and client retention

  • Provide customized investment strategies aligned with client risk appetite and life goals
  • Act as a trusted advisor by offering market insights, portfolio reviews, and proactive recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal research, product, and investment teams to deliver best-in-class solutions
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory, risk, and internal governance frameworks
  • Mentor junior relationship managers and contribute to team performance

Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking / Investment Advisory
  • Strong exposure to HNI & UHNI client handling
  • Proven track record in AUM growth and revenue delivery
  • Deep understanding of capital markets and investment products
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing complex client portfolios

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Management, or related field
