Key Responsibilities:

1. Configuration & Workflow Implementation

● Design custom boards, columns, dashboards, views, widgets, and reports tailored to different industries.

● Build industry-specific templates and reusable solutions for scalability.

● Optimize workflows by leveraging 's Formulas, Mirroring, Dependencies, Workload, and Workbench views.

2. Advanced Automations & Custom Scripting

● Develop advanced automations beyond built-in functionalities.

● Utilize to build custom automation workflows.

● Implement complex business logic using custom recipes & triggers.

● Create scripts that interact with 's API to improve data processing, workflow execution, and system efficiency.

3. Third-Party Integrations & API Development

● Integrate with external platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, ServiceNow, Slack, Teams, Zoom, and ERP systems.

● Build custom API integrations using REST API and Webhooks.

● Design seamless data synchronization between and external databases.

4. Apps & Marketplace Customization

● Explore and implement apps from the Marketplace to enhance functionality. ● Develop custom apps to solve unique business challenges.

5. Presales & Customer Engagement

● Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand client needs.

● Build tailored Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and present them to stakeholders.

● Deliver compelling demos and technical presentations.

● Respond to RFIs/RFPs with detailed solution proposals.

6. Project Delivery & Customer Success

● Manage multiple client projects, ensuring 100% on-time delivery.

● Offer post-implementation support for troubleshooting and optimization.

● Train internal and external teams to maximize their adoption of

Key Performance Targets

● Implementation Efficiency: Deliver at least 5 major customer implementations per quarter.

● Automation Deployment: Develop at least 10 custom automation per quarter.

● Integration Success: Implement at least 3 third-party integrations per quarter.

● Presales Success Rate: Convert 30% of presales opportunities into closed deals.

● Customer Satisfaction: Achieve and maintain 90%+ customer satisfaction rating.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

● 4-5 years of hands-on experience configuring

● Deep expertise in Automations, scripting, API integration.

● Experience working with REST APIs, Webhooks, and GraphQL.

● Strong understanding of JSON, SQL, and data flow between systems.

● Knowledge of 's marketplace apps, templates, and advanced features.
