Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage ongoing training & internship programs
  • Act as the bridge between students, trainers, and management
  • Resolve queries and ensure smooth program delivery
  • Maintain and monitor accurate student data and performance reports
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
  • Reach out to potential leads (students, parents, educators) via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions from our product offerings.
  • Stay updated with tech and EdTech trends to explore new engagement opportunities

Job Requirement

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable working with digital tools like Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
  • Prior experience in BDA, training coordination, or student engagement is a plus
  • Basic understanding of tech/IT training programs (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Energetic, proactive, and a team player with a growth mindset
