Responsibilities:

•    Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes and design solutions.

•    Act as internal consultant and design architect for SAP global solution, working with Business Partners.

•    Develop, prototype, test and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability, and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives.

•    Responsible for SAP Global Trade, O2C Billing, and report to ZICC Product Expert.

•    Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and release notes.

•    Good understanding of SAP ERP/S4HANA systems with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

•    Engage in continuous performance tuning and reengineering of existing integrations to improve processing efficiency and reduce latency

Deliver O2C, GTS project implementation, rollouts, enhancements, support, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.    40%
Ensure Testing, Quality Assurance, Process Optimization, Reporting, Analytics and Compliance.    20%
Work on WRICEF objects ensuring effective cross-functional integration and seamless external systems integration.    30%
Ensure high performance and alignment with organizational goals. Foster growth, skill development, and seamless integration.    10%

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Provide the primary groups or key positions that this position will have interaction with as a regular part of the position responsibilities.  Include any external interactions as appropriate.

•    Interacting with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements, understand business processes, and ensure that integration solutions align with organizational goals and objectives.

•    Participate in project planning activities, risk assessment, and scheduling for SAP projects.

•    Interacting with external vendors or partners who provide software or services that need to be integrated with SAP systems. 

•    Work with implementation partners who may be responsible for deploying, configuring, or maintaining integrated solutions within Zoetis IT landscape.

•    Coordinate with developers and other members of the development team to implement integration solutions, share knowledge, and address technical challenges.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 
Indicate the formal education, certification or license required and/or preferred. Include the minimum number of years of relevant experience required for the position (where legally permissible).
Education:

•    Bachelor's or Master's in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:

•    8+ years of combined SAP O2C experience, of which minimum 4 years of SAP GTS experience with multiple full life cycle implementations

•    Proven ability to quickly learn existing Business Processes and combine knowledge from multiple disciplines (e.g. SAP capability, Standard industry best practice) in order to produce an optimal business solution

•    work across organizational regional and global boundaries, ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a cross-divisional and cross-functional environment.

•    Experience in life sciences / pharmaceuticals industry preferred.

•    Domain Expertise in SAP GTS Compliance, Customs & Risk Management Areas

•    Experience in SAP S4 HANA and E4 HANA is preferred.

•    Demonstrated experience of various IT practices, international projects, including but not limited to, project management, operational service delivery, large project implementations. 

•    Experience participating in complex End-to-End SAP implementation and migration projects, including S/4HANA transformations.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Indicate the technical skills required and/or preferred, as applicable.

•    Develop, prototype, test and implement, influence business and functional solution requirements with Order to Cash stakeholders.

•    Support SAP GTS deployment in US and global

•    Provide solution for Inter-company billing and Export sales scenarios.

•    Extended experience focused on Post-PGI processes (billing, accounts receivable) is preferred

•    Experience with SAP GTS, several, or all the following areas:
o    Master data – Business Partners, Products, Classifications 
o    SPL & Embargos 
o    License Management & Re Exports 
o    Customs Management- Exports, Imports & Transits, self-filing and external systems
o    Broker Integration, integration with Logistics TM, WM and 3PL
o    Customs value calculation, default data determinations
o    Bill of lading, FTZ and special customs Procedures 

o    Preference determination with a proper understanding of determination rules
o    Supplier Declaration for LTVD and Country Of Origin & Customer Declarations
o    Identity Based Preference processing experience is preferred but not mandatory

•    Experience with O2C , in several or all of the following areas:
o    Billing and Credit Management 
o    Account Receivables and Cash Applications 
o    SAP FSCM - Collection and Dispute modules preferred
o    Work with document archiving system like Open text for billing & AR statements
o    Hands on experience in identifying and working through O2C User Exits and directing  
ABAP developers. Ability to debug as needed.

Regular working hours are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST (ICC Second Shift).
Sometimes, more overlap with the EST Time zone is required during production go-live.
