About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced and driven Sales Executive with a strong background in project-based selling across creative or fabrication industries.

You'll be responsible for generating leads, closing high-value deals, and managing end-to-end client relationships for custom design and fabrication projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and acquire new clients for ACP cladding, corporate gifting, signage, and sculpture projects.

  • Client Consultation: Understand client needs, propose creative and technical solutions, and present design options effectively.

  • Project Coordination: Work closely with internal design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.

  • Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare cost proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with a focus on client satisfaction.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends in architecture, art fabrication, and corporate gifting to find new business opportunities.

Who You Are (Must-Have Experience):

  • Minimum 0-1 years of sales experience .

  • Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to understand basic design/technical drawings is an advantage.

  • Proven track record of closing project-based deals.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented professional.
