Butler manager

We are looking for a skilled Butler Manager to join our team at The Leela Palace in Udaipur. Candidates should have 3-6 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the butler team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Supervise and train new hires to meet high standards of service quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and goals.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of team performance and customer interactions.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Butler Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications is an advantage.
