Insurance Broker (General - motor, Health and Life)

Location: Mumbai, India

We're seeking an Insurance broker professional to join our growing team. You will form a key part of the commercial growth team, originating the prospects, developing relationships with the leads and arrange tailored insurance solutions.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop new prospects for the insurance distribution in general, life and health insurance segments.
  • Source through Direct and Indirect channels, assess their business risks and tailor protection solutions.
  • Execute the tasks related to arranging the policies.
  • Achieve growth metrics and hit sales targets
  • Actively manage and maintain our CRM engine.

Candidate Qualifications/Experience

  • Previous experience in Insurance distribution of General Motor, Agriculture, Assets insurance, Group health programs with a solid P&L track record is essential.
  • Must have experience working with the dealers, OEMs and SMEs essentially.
  • Any public sector programs experience is a plus.
  • Minimum Masters/Management degree in one of the fields – Commerce, Engineering or Related fields.
  • A solid team player with the ability to drive the execution using a consensus driven approach.

Requirements

  • You will either hold or require to obtain Insurance Sales Person qualification from IRDAI. We provide assistance in obtaining it.
