Position overview: We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with strong experience in AWS to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance microservices and web applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features, driving technical excellence, and mentoring team members to ensure best practices in software development and deployment.

  • Responsibilities: Participate in the full lifecycle development of consumer-facing applications.
  • Create scalable products, such as introducing new metrics to dashboards, enabling real-time appointment tracking, and adding features that enhance user experience for healthcare providers.
  • Deliver efficient, high-quality code that can support millions of users independently.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to address complex challenges and promote a culture of transparency. Work closely with a cross-functional agile team of engineers, product managers, and designers to drive product enhancements.
  • Take ownership of feature development and deployment in a continuous integration environment, making a tangible impact on users including patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide mentorship to peers, embracing the idea that supporting others contributes to mutual learning and growth.

  • Lead the timely and successful completion of high-impact projects aligned with both technical and business objectives.

  • Requirements: Over 8 years of experience in professional full-stack development.

  • Expertise in developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance microservices using .NET technologies and AWS infrastructure. Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB and asynchronous communication tools like RabbitMQ, SNS, and SQS.
  • Strong passion for technology with the ability to critically assess software performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Proven experience implementing fast and efficient software solutions using object-oriented and functional programming languages.
  • Proficient with technologies such as .NET (C#/.NET Core) and React.
  • Experience designing and building scalable user-facing web applications.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Knowledge of React and experience with automated testing are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success mentoring engineers and promoting best practices in software development, including code testing and deployment processes.
