Qualification: BE, BTech, MCA or equivalent preferredLevel of Experience: Between Five (5) to Fifteen (15) YearsStart Date: Urgent & ImmediateLocation: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, PuneJob Description:Implement, Integrate and Support Customer Data Management module in Oracle Cloud Applications. Excellent techno-functional knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) tools and technologies. Experience of at least 2 Oracle CDM implementations, working as a lead techno-functional consultant.
Creating and modifying data structures, views, and data stores in Oracle CDM.Handling ad-hoc data change requests from clients. Working with complex data structures to extract and transform data. Knowledge of other Oracle CDM features like deduplication, merging of Account/ContactUnderstanding of Oracle Sales CloudMust have good understanding of SaaS Extensions – using Groovy, data integrations, Application Composer.
Ability to design and develop reports and dashboards according to business requirements. Gather business requirements, document those, do fit gap analysis and map them to CDM application. Engage business users spanning multiple business units and ensure cohesive articulation of business goals and processes to ensure effective technology solutions.
Perform system configurations, create functional design documents, develop, and document test scripts. Conduct requirement and design workshops, manage and run conference room pilots, and drive user testing and training workshops. Co-ordinate with Onshore & Offshore functional/technical teams as needed for all project deliverables throughout the different phases of the implementation.
Work closely with business analysts and project managers to provide support.
