Designation: Graphic Designer

We are seeking creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our collaborative Creative Communications team. This position oversees all aspects of graphic design, presentation design, and video production.

Industry: Corporate Design & Video, Creativecommunication, Software and Cyber security

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in fine art design, Visual Communications, Video Production, or a related discipline

Experience/ Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in Graphic Design or a related field.

  • Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Cloud software: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.

  • Experience with Motion Graphics and Video Editing tools like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.

  • Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

  • Ability to translate ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs and video animations.

  • Proficiency in designing for both digital and print media.

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Word and PowerPoint)

  • Adaptive design eye and skills

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work tasks in a demanding, high-paced environment

  • Excellent storyteller with exceptional graphic design and video skills with the ability to tailor voice for different channels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Visual Storytelling - Design and produce the company's brand collaterals, infographics, event materials, social media posts & banners, email posters, direct mailers, promotional materials, and any other assets used in marketing communications.

  • Graphic Design Production – Manage the entire graphic design process, including visual concepts and/or mock-ups, design, production, revision, and final file preparation.

  • Video Production – Creation of videos, including planning, producing motion graphics, editing raw footage, sourcing audio and stock footage, creating supporting graphics, and final file preparation. Collaborate with teams and other designers to develop concepts, storyboards, and/or scripts.

  • Presentation Design – Provide direct support to business development staff and project teams in designing and formatting presentations and documents. Create templates to help streamline workflow as needed.

§ Transforming complex information and data into clear, concise, and visually engaging slides.

§ Collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand presentation goals and messaging.

  • Produce high-quality deliverables – Create graphics, illustrations, and videos that meet both creative and technical standards.

  • Brand Understanding: Ability to understand brand strategies for creating a visual language & familiarity with various visual design processes (e.g., creating mood boards, social media designs, email designs, print designs, brand videos, etc.) is mandatory.

  • Should have skills to turn around visual designs in an iterative, agile environment.

  • Should have a keen eye for aesthetics and details.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to conceptualize & create visuals with minimum supervision.

  • Any experience with digital marketing channels using social media will be an added advantage.

  • Portfolio demonstrating exceptional design and video skills and creativity.

Employment Type:

All positions are on fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of five years, extendable post five years.
