Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Assistant Production Manager. The role involves coordinating production schedules, managing timelines, and ensuring the efficient execution of creative projects. The Assistant Production Manager will supervise on-site activities, liaise with vendors and team members, oversee quality control, and ensure all deliverables align with client expectations. The role further includes addressing logistical challenges and optimizing workflows to meet production goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and coordination skills to manage production timelines and deliverables.
  • Ability to oversee on-site production activities, maintain quality standards, and address real-time logistical challenges.
  • Excellent communication, team collaboration, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and an understanding of production processes.
  • Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A degree in production management, media studies, or a relevant discipline is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in production management or assistance is an added advantage.

Compensation: Rs: 12,000 per month for first 3 months
