Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Holiday Expert, located in Varanasi. The Holiday Expert will be responsible for planning and coordinating holiday packages, offering personalized travel solutions, managing bookings and itineraries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves advising customers on travel arrangements, confirming reservations, and handling any issues that may arise during travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel planning and booking
• Knowledge of holiday packages, flights, hotels, and other travel services
• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using travel booking software and platforms
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
