Role & responsibilities

  • Auditing and Finalization of accounts coordinating with external auditors.
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies.
  • Strong negotiation skills with bankers and rating agency.
  • Experience in handling statutory returns like GST, TDS, TCS and coordinating the same with the team.
  • Coordinating MCA related compliances with company secretary.
  • Managing budgets, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Reporting financial performance to stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Ability to align financial strategy with organizational goals.
  • Experience in driving cost efficiencies and profitability.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills are a must.

Preferred candidate profile

Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified CA with minimum 15 to 20 years experience in manufacturing/Textile mills environment. Post Qualification experience minimum -15 to 16 years
  • Candidate age should be 45 to 48 age brackets
  • Experience in Dealing with Banks and Rating Agencies..
  • Should be conversant with Manufacturing/Plant accounts
  • Should have good experience in Budgeting and monitoring
  • Should be well versed with periodic closure of Bools of Accounts
  • Should be well versed with Direct and Indirect Taxation and statutory compliance GST, TDS, TCS
  • Should be well versed with all compliances related to Ministry of Company affairs
  • Should be able to handle periodic Internal and statutory audits
  • Should have very good experience in Financial Reporting, periodic MIS and stake holder Management
  • Should have experience in evolving long and medium-term financial strategies for the organization
  • Should have experience of managing the Finance & Accounts of minimum crores.
  • Should be willing to work out of Tirupur Location Tamil Nadu
  • Should have very good communication skills in English and Tamil
