Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a TeleCalling Executive located in Kanpur. The TeleCalling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing information about products, answering queries, and managing customer feedback. Additionally, the role involves maintaining call records, scheduling follow-up calls, and achieving sales targets. The role requires effective communication, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Customer service and relationship management abilities
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and general computer skills
  • Experience in sales or telecalling is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
