Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality 2D animated videos from script to final output.
• Lead the full creative process including Visual storyboarding, illustration, animation, sound design, and post-production.
• Work collaboratively with content, marketing, and UX teams to translate ideas into engaging motion graphics.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and design systems across all visual content.
• Ensure accessibility compliance (e.g., WCAG, ADA) in all multimedia content.
• Use digital tools and automation to innovate and enhance user learning experiences.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including learning strategists, eLearning developers, quality assurance, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment with project requirements and meet business partner expectations.
• Develop professional presentation decks using PowerPoint, integrating multimedia components to boost visual engagement. Create clean, structured page layouts for PDF-based learning materials using Adobe InDesign to ensure brand consistency.
• Optimize designs for various screen sizes and platforms. Understand how visual assets adapt to responsive frameworks to maintain a consistent look and feel across devices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in motion design and animation.
• Strong foundation in graphic design principles (layout, typography, color theory, branding).
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards for digital content.
• Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to convey complex ideas visually.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Passion for leveraging digital innovation to enhance learning and communication.

• Experience creating short-form reel-style videos for quick, engaging messaging.

• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline and Rise for multimedia integration.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for designing eye-catching presentation decks.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams to refine visuals.
• Outstanding attention to detail and time management skills.
• Strong proficiency in English and a commitment to a positive work culture.
• Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.

Preferred:

• Experience in eLearning or educational content creation.
• Knowledge of Articulate storyline, Rise, Vyond
• Knowledge of animation automation tools or scripting will be plus.
• Ensuring all visual designs meet quality standards and accessibility guidelines, paying close attention to typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

• Innovation & Technology Integration: Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies, including Generative AI. Introduce new visual approaches and creative storytelling methods to improve content and workflows
