Academic Counsellor

  • Maintain daily records of outreach, leads, and enrollments.
  • Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Strong sales and communication skills (Hindi-speaking must; English is a plus).
  • Confident with cold calling, social media outreach, and in-person interactions.
  • Ability to build trust and explain course value convincingly.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Prior experience in sales/education counselling is a bonus, but not mandatory.

Perks & Earnings:

  • Commission: 5% 10% per student enrollment (varies by course)
  • No earning cap the more students you enroll, the more you earn.
  • Monthly potential: 30,000 – 1,00,000+
