  • A key responsibility of the Service Desk is to acquire new clients and ensure client retention.
  • Communicating with clients via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls regarding our services or products, addressing queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Managing formalities for WhatsApp and email campaigns.
  • Send alerts to the clients for Expiry / Renewal / Updation of their products
  • Understanding import and export procedures.
  • Awareness of KC internal products.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Approaching clients and internal teams in a polite and professional manner.
  • Utilizing Google search effectively to identify industries relevant to our services.
  • Maintaining accountability for reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
