Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Operation:Sets up, loads, and operates food processing equipment, such as ovens, fryers, or steamers, according to production specifications.
  • Production Monitoring:Monitors machine performance and production processes, making adjustments as needed to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Maintenance & Repair:Performs routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on machinery to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Quality Assurance:Inspects finished products for quality and conformity to standards, identifying and documenting any deviations or defects.
  • Troubleshooting:Identifies and resolves minor equipment malfunctions and issues during the shift.
  • Safety & Hygiene:Adheres to strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Record Keeping:Maintains accurate production logs, reports on machine performance, and completes required documentation.
  • Team Collaboration:Works collaboratively with other team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and improve production processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
