Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Nagpur for a Fiber Lead. The Fiber Lead will oversee the installation and maintenance of fiber-optic networks, ensure the highest standards of network performance, and manage a team of technicians. Daily tasks include planning and laying out fiber networks, troubleshooting network issues, conducting site surveys, and maintaining project documentation. The role requires close interaction with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in planning, installing, and maintaining fiber-optic networks
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to conduct site surveys and prepare project documentation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
  • Technical certification or degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
