HR Executive – Manufacturing Industry

Location: Waluj MIDC, Chh. Sambhaji Nagar

Experience: 4–5 Years (Manufacturing Industry Only)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Gender: Male / Female

Qualification: MBA in HR (Mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations
  • Manage PF, ESI, statutory compliance
  • Onboarding & Offboarding of employees
  • Coordination with labor contractors & vendors
  • Handle contract labor and shop-floor HR activities
  • Maintain employee records & HR documentation
  • Support payroll, attendance & leave management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws

Requirements:

  • MBA in HR completed
  • 4–5 years HR experience in Manufacturing Industry
  • Good knowledge of Waluj MIDC
  • Experience handling multiple labor vendors
  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Comfortable working in factory environment
