t&f (testsandfunnels) is a creative digital marketing agency that collaborates with startups, creators, direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands, and educational ventures. We focus on strategy-driven content that performs, not just looks pretty.

What You'll Do

  • Write engaging and clear content for Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, blogs, and emailers.
  • Create hook-based content for reels and carousels.
  • Research trends and write content that aligns with different brand tones.
  • Collaborate with designers and strategists to turn ideas into great campaigns.
  • Assist in planning monthly social media calendars.

Who You Are

  • A strong communicator with solid grammar and creativity.
  • Someone who enjoys writing for social media and storytelling.
  • Comfortable with fast turnarounds and multiple brand voices.
  • Open to feedback and learning from a growing team.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Know marketing or D2C brands.
  • Know the Keyword research tool like SEMrush
  • Know how to use tools like Grammarly, Notion, or ChatGPT (smartly).
  • Have worked on hook-based content or social-first copies.
