Internal Safety Auditor

Your Tasks
- Provide input to and support the implementation of the Global Audit Strategy.
- Support development and management of the global audit program across all Nordex sites.
- Execute and coordinate the global audit program across plants, sites and projects against plan and on demand
- Report and communicate deviations and improvements
- Coordinate and support 3rd party audits across Nordex in. acc. with audit plan
- Monitor and analyze top compliance issues, systemic issues, and opportunities
- Monitor and follow up on identified compliance issues
- Monitor Audit KPI's and reporting
- Provide coaching in problem solving (8D) to solve compliance issues across sites
- Proactively identify and propose improvement opportunities based on findings
- Provide quality awareness coaching and audit training
- Support the implementation and continuous development of Nordex' management system and internal procedures
Your Profile
- Certified auditor of one or more of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001, alternatively certified VDA 6.3 auditor
- BE/Btech graduate in Quality, Engineering, Business, or equivalent work experience
- 5-8 years of experience as auditor
- Quality assurance experience
- Project / process management
- Competent MS Office user
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Analytical knowledge
